And else. I have a question. Yesterday evening was very difficult fight with NPS. On a screen was red lag, but ping was good (near 123, fluctuation 8, loss 7. lag 0). It was a very long delay in action in time. I've seen flying far away NPS, but I killed. It was like mach lags. This was in Aldebrran and Korriban system only.
I think this is because the different NPS fight between they self. And these large systems are too overwhelmed. Or no? Anybody know about it? If you can, explain me. Sorry my bad english.

What should be the structure of a character name for the new rules for our clan?
As I understand it, the end of the name is unusual and should be: or [FX]?
For example:
For trading character of the smuggler
was [FFS]andrew_rick[TR]
Under the new rules will: [FFS]andrew_rikc
To fighting character smuggler:
was [FFS]andrew_rick[WF]
Under the new rules will: [FFS]andrew_rick[FX] or [FFS]andrew_rick[FX][WF], or [FFS]andrew_rick [WF]

I have a question about rules of srver. Why is not provided in the rules of the fraction of terrorists? I know of a clan that is so self-described. This is clan with teg [SFG].
Provision is there such a faction? If not, then I am ready to prepare a supplement to the rules. But only in English.
